Over the years, she has worked with well-known mortgage organizations such as First Plus Financial, United Lending Partners, North Dallas Financial, BSM Financial, Supreme Lending, and Highlands Residential Mortgage. These roles allowed her to gain hands-on experience in lending operations, product development, and mortgage technology management.
Before joining Awesome Technologies Inc., Lisa served in several strategic roles including loan officer, product development manager, and project manager. These positions helped her develop a strong understanding of the entire mortgage lifecycle—from loan origination and underwriting to compliance and system integration.
